Shipping Carriers We have partnered with DHL and USPS to offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping services. Typically, delivery occurs within 1-7 business days after shipment, unless unavoidable delays occur on the carrier's end. You may also select express services from FedEx and USPS for an additional fee. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping Guarantee We understand the anxiety of waiting for a package, so we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email by the third business day after placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Freight Forwarders / Proxy Shippers We do not allow orders to be shipped to freight forwarders or proxy shipping services. Any order attempting to ship through such methods will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
